Troubleshooting

Most issues clear up in a few seconds. Here are the common ones and how to fix them.

I can’t log in

Double-check the email address you signed up with.
If you used Continue with Google, log in with that same button, not a password.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the login page to get a reset link. See Create your account.

A tool won’t generate

Make sure every required field is filled in, then press Generate again.
If it still does not respond, refresh the page and retry. Your saved work is safe in your library.

The output doesn’t look right

Every result is editable. Regenerate for a fresh take, or download to Word and adjust.
If the reading level or complexity is off, change the level field and generate again. Level has a big effect on the output.

Worksheet Mode isn’t showing

Worksheet Mode only appears on tools that produce answerable content, like quizzes, vocab lists, cloze passages, and drills. A tool that writes a lesson plan or a parent email will not show the toggle. See Worksheet Mode.

If a share link stops opening, the output may have been deleted. Deleting an output from your library also disables its share link. Reopen the output and create a new link.
